Allow up to 2 working days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email notification when your order has been placed, along with another email notification when your order has been shipped.
All orders are shipped via USPS from NYC and arrival time will depend on which method of shipping you choose at checkout. Late shipping on our part will qualify for discounted or free shipping.

Our policy allows for returns up to 14 days after purchase. After 14 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you are shipping an item worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanged items may vary in shipping time depending on the shipping destination.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 3 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
